2、 What are the precautions for using EDI ultra pure water equipment
1. The inlet pipeline needs to be thoroughly cleaned with filtered water before being connected to the EDI module of the industrial ultra pure water equipment. Otherwise, the pipeline debris and debris may enter the module and cause irreparable losses due to not being cleaned.
2. Slowly pressurize the module for one to two minutes to avoid damage caused by water hammer. Remember: Do not let the pressure of the module exceed the specified range.
3. Confirm that the flow rate of various types of water is sufficient, such as water flow rate, concentrated water discharge flow meter, concentrated water circulation flow rate, etc. And maintain the safe and normal operation of the linkage device.
4. Inspect the inlet water quality of the module, such as residual chlorine or other oxidants. The inlet water quality must meet the inlet water indicators.
If the hardness of the inlet water is greater than 0.5ppm, or if other inlet water indicators cannot meet the requirements and operate, it will damage the module. At this point, it is necessary to regularly clean the pipeline with acid or soften it with concentrated water
6. If EDI ultra pure water equipment has a salt pump system, the composition and quality of the salt must be carefully checked and strictly required. The salt indicators can refer to the user manual. If substandard salt is used for a long time, it will cause damage to the membrane.
7. Please handle plastic pipe fittings and interfaces with care.
